Items must be returned in a like new condition. All original included parts of the purchased unit along with the hardware, must be included in the return or you may not be eligible for a full refund. Please allow 30 days for the return to be processed if shipped by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
When does my order ship? After your order has been processed you will receive an emailed receipt for the purchase. If the order was placed before 2 pm, it will be shipped that day. If not, the board will be shipped within 24 hours (business hours). After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order. Can I change my shipping address? If your order hasn't shipped yet, then we can happily edit your shipping address.
